Some women use a variety of foundations. Not me. It’s the one thing in my makeup collection I rarely change. Once I find a foundation that works, I use it for years.

Right now, my holy grail is Rhianna’s Fenty Pro-Filter Soft Matte Foundation. Why? The beauty line has an incredible 50 shades. There’s a color to match just about everyone.

I have neutral undertones which means I can use a warm or cold shade. 385 is a good shade for me, but I prefer shade 390 which is warm with yellow undertones. I love the fact that I don’t need a setting powder, and the foundation stays on all day. The price is extremely reasonable at $34 a bottle.

The drawback is the bottle. I love the design, but I can’t tell when I’m getting low on the foundation. Also, the Pro-Filter Foundation doesn’t have sunscreen in it which is a must for me. Sometimes, usually in the summer, I will switch my foundation to NARS. The Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer is fantastic! It has SPF 30 sunscreen.

I use the color Martinique Med/Dark 3. This is next to the darkest color so NARS needs to add more shades. The tinted moisturizer is pricey at $45, but the stuff works.
