This dish takes less than five minutes of prep work and it’s delicious. You’ll love it.
2 packages of boneless and skinless chicken thighs or 3 large chicken breasts (Frozen or thawed)
1 Hidden Valley Lipton Ranch seasoning packet
1 Chicken Gravy or Au Jus Gravy packet (I used Chicken gravy for a thicker sauce.)
Half stick of butter (You can add a whole stick if you want a strong buttery taste.)
6 Pepperoncini peppers. Add more if you want it spicy.
Fresh ground pepper
4 to 5 cloves of garlic
3/4 of a cup of water
Put the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place all the ingredients on top of the chicken. Set slow cooker on low and let it cook for 6 to 8 hours or cook on high for 4 hours.
The meat and sauce can be spread over rice or put into tortillas. Enjoy.
