Cocoa and Nut Smoothie-Tastes better than a chocolate shake!

Ingredients

1/3 cup of vanilla non-fat yogurt (Make sure there’s no carrageenan in it.)

1 to 2 tablespoons of cacao nibs

1 tablespoon of cocoa with cane sugar or you can also use raw cacao powder and add honey to sweeten it.)

1 to 2 dates (for sweetness)

1 to 2 scoops of protein powder (I use Orgain Organic Plant Protein Powder. You can get a great deal at Costco. 2.74 pounds for $29.99)

1/3 cup of Coconut milk (carrageenan free)

1 teaspoon of Chia seeds

Any type of nuts you want (peanuts, Brazilian, macadamia, walnuts, almonds or a combination

Ice -3 to 5 cubes depending on how frothy you want the smoothie.

Directions:

Blend and serve with chocolate-covered coconut flakes on top. So much healthier than a chocolate shake and in my opinion, it tastes better. You’ll be addicted.
