Delicious Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is the perfect recipe for a sports party or potluck. Toss it in the crock pot…warm it up…and prepare for a spicy treat.

Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Pull out your crockpot and gather these ingredients.

Get a rotisserie chicken and pull off the skin. I’m still working on this one. My dog, Bailey, was treated to the skin for doing tricks.

There’s about a stick of butter left in this package. Kerrygold is the best butter ever.

8 ounces of cream cheese. I got low fat.

I added whatever cheese I had around the house. Pepper Jack cheese would be good. Put in as much as you want. I used about a cup of cheddar and Monterey jack.

You need 10 to 12 ounces of Frank’s RedHot sauce. You can add more hot sauce or jalapeños to make it extra spicy.

You can use Hidden Valley Ranch dressing or Ranch seasoning. I used about 1/2 a cup or 3/4 of a cup of the salad dressing.

I put the ingredients in the crackpot on low for three hours to melt the ingredients and meld the flavors.

I eat mine with tortilla chips. You can also put it inside of tortillas. This stuff is great!

Stay Blessed,
