Meal Prep: Turkey Crumble Omelet

This is one of my favorite breakfast meals. I make it on Sunday and I have a slice throughout the week for breakfast. You can add whatever ingredients you want for a  different omelet every week.


5 Eggs

Low-fat cheese of your choice

Red bell pepper

Green onions

Low-fat milk


Jimmy Dean Turkey Crumbles. You can use turkey bacon, sausage or go meatless. Also, you can throw spinach, kale, broccoli and more.


Sea salt

Fresh ground pepper

Garlic powder

Mrs. Dash no-salt seasonings


Pour two teaspoons of olive oil in an oven-safe deep-dish pan, and spread it around. Put all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season to taste and add as little or as much of the ingredients you like. Blend everything together and pour into the pan. Put the pan in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.


I cut the omelet into slices and grab one in the morning for breakfast.
