This is a Sunday morning… dump everything in the slow cooker meal. Minimal effort is used for a tender and tasty dish.
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs of sirloin steak sliced in bite-size pieces
2-3 cups of egg noodles
1/2 yellow onion minced
Freshly sliced mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of sour cream
1 packet of Lipton onion soup seasoning
Lawry’s seasoning salt
Fresh ground pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Red pepper flakes
Parsley
Directions:
Put all the ingredients except for the sour cream and egg noodles in the slow cooker. Add three cups of water. Let the dish cook on low for six hours. When it’s done, I add the egg noodles and a little more water if necessary. I leave the slow cooker on warm and let the noodles cook.
Right before I serve, I add the sour cream to the dish and mix well. Serve a bowl and add parsley. Fresh parsley is best, but I only had dried. This meal is so creamy. The beef is tender. It’s amazing!
Stay blessed,
Barbie
