You need to fix a quick lunch or dinner? This recipe will hit the spot. It’s filling and healthy!
1 pound of fresh green beans (cut the ends off)
1/2 medium yellow onion (sliced)
1 carton of mushrooms (sliced)
2 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped)
6 slices of turkey bacon (sliced)
Mrs. Dash No salt seasoning
Fresh ground pepper
Rosemary, basil, or oregano (any herbs of your choice)
Slither of butter (optional)
In a non -stick pan, add olive oil and brown the turkey bacon. Add the onion and garlic. Once they soften, drop in the green beans and mushrooms. Add your seasonings, butter, and Worchestshire sauce. Saute until the veggies are the texture you like. I like mine to have a little crunch.
I serve the stir fry with a side of sliced tomatoes. Dig in and enjoy.
