Pineapple and Teriyaki Meatballs

I came across a huge package of  Aidells Teriyaki and Pineapple chicken meatballs at Costco and decided I could really doctor them up. I have a generic pineapple meatball recipe. Check it out here BBQ & Pineapple Meatballs.  I think my new meatball recipe, maybe the best one yet.

Ingredients

1 large package of Aidells chicken meatballs. (These are pre-seasoned and pre-cooked and don’t contain nitrates.)

1/2 a yellow bell pepper

1/2 red bell pepper

1 small sweet or yellow onion

Garlic powder

2 Tbsps of Worcestershire sauce

Red pepper flakes

Fresh ground pepper

Sea salt (I used Paprika salt.)

Dried rosemary, basil or any herbs you prefer.

Directions:

Put all of the ingredients in a slow cooker, set on low and let it cook for 5 hours.

Put on a bed of rice or spicy noodles. Delicious!

Stay blessed,
