For this haul, I stopped by two Marshall’s and Home Goods locations, Steinmart, and Fresh Thyme market.
I needed a new hair dryer with a diffuser. I was attracted to this lilac colored Revlon dryer. It only came with a smoothing concentrator, so I’ll have to buy a diffuser. It’s 1875 watts, has 3 heat and 2-speed settings, and a comfort grip. It’s lightweight and does everything I need it to do. $16.99
I’ve been wanting to try Jane Carter’s Curls to Go line, so I bought the Curl Cocktail conditioning styling cream. $6.99. The Shine on Curl Elixir was $7.99. It’s got aloe vera, argan oil, and macadamia nut oil in it. You spritz it on your hair for a shine. Lastly, I picked up Quench Curl Hydrator to revive my curls after a good night’s sleep. $5.99. Check out all of Jane Carter’s products here Janecartersolution. I’ll also post a review on how the products worked in my hair.
Marshall’s is a great place to get the Shea Moisture line at a discounted price. I usually buy face and body products. Shea Moisture always comes up with the most unusual mixtures of herbs and oils. I found this Coconut and Hibiscus Radiance Mud Mask with Songyi Mushroom. Lately, clay has been my favorite type of mask. It’s cool, soothing, and does an amazing job. This mud smells like orange and hibiscus. I keep taking the lid off and sniffing it. So good. I bought it for $6.99. It usually sells for ten bucks. I’ll post a review on it.
Tree Hut Shea Body Butter in Coconut Lime is one of my old-time favorite scents. I found it on a back shelf going for $3.99. BTW, the Tree Hut Coconut Lime scrub is amazing as well. I’m going to pick some up soon. I’m trying to use up some of the scrubs I currently have.
If you have foot or ankle issues, compression socks can help. Every time I catch Born compression socks at Marshall’s, I buy them. They’re priced at $5.99 from $9.00. These are a mix of spandex, polyester, and nylon. They wash well and don’t shrink.
I always pick up a bottle of OPI polish since it’s only four dollars at Marshall’s. I chose the color, That’s What Friends Are For, which is a muted chocolate hue.
I picked up some Surf Sweets Organic Fruity Bears. These come in little packets so you can limit the amount you eat. $2.99
I also found Organic turmeric brown rice that you can heat up in 90 seconds. $3.99 for a package of two. The rice is vegan and gluten-free.
Mauk Family Farms Organic Sprouted Raw Mineral Rich Crusts. These are raw nuts and seed crusts. I tested these, and I don’t think I like them. I’ll try again with some homemade guacamole or hummus. $2.99
Health Warrior Chia Bars in the vanilla almond flavor. These are vegan and loaded with Omega-3 and calcium. $3.99.
Take a look at these mugs. No words needed. I showed them to a young lady who worked at Marshall’s, and she grabbed several to buy for herself. I just love them. $5.99 each.
I think this will be my holiday mug for 2018.
I live for my favorite cleansing cloths. So I made a special trip to Steinmart to buy my Danielle 24k Gold Series Anti-Aging wipes. They’re durable and textured to exfoliate your skin. These wipes have Vitamin E, Vitamin A, green tea, and honey in them. $7.99.
And lastly, I love me some lip balm…especially Badger lip balm. These were on sale at Fresh Thyme priced at two for $5. They’re usually five bucks a piece. I bought the cocoa and cool mint flavors. You can also find deals online at Badger lip balm.
So Fresh Tyme had a $3 off coupon on the Verditas line of essential oil. I was thrown off because the name and packaging had changed to Pranarom. I guess there was a buyout. Anyway, I picked up the Sweet Orange and Rosemary Cineole. I’ve already started diffusing the scents, and they smell incredible. These are high-quality oils. Check them out here: Pranarom Essential OIls
Hope you enjoyed my haul. Stay blessed.
