I received the Foreo Luna Fofo in a Fabfitfun subscription box. It sat around for months unused right next to my abandoned Clarisonic. Finally, I decided to give it a try.

The first step is to download the mobile app. It will guide you through the process of customizing your skincare routine. Through the use of Artificial Intelligence, the Luna Fofo will automatically update your cleansing routine as your skin changes. It sounds complicated, but it’s super easy!

To put the Fofo to use, simply smooth your favorite cleanser on your face, and move the Fofo along your skin. It will beep when it’s time to move to another area of your face. Each cycle is 60 seconds. I usually go through two cycles.

Once you’re done, you can do a skin analysis by using the Luna’s gold eyes and the app. This is recommended once a week.

All that sounds great,  but I love the way it makes my skin look. It’s like a facial. I prefer the Fofo over my abandoned Clarisonic because it’s made of silicone so it doesn’t harbor bacteria. The bristles are soft and relaxing. The battery operated Fofo is small and waterproof, and I can keep it in the shower for easy use.

The Luna Fofo costs around $89 and is totally worth every cent.  I’ve seen it around the Internet for less, so look for a bargain.
