I want to introduce you to another brand called, Vitastik.  These personal diffusers have a sweeter taste to them whereas Monq diffusers have a more sophisticated blend which I love as well. Vitastik offers fruity and minty blends that are packed with vitamins.

My absolute favorite personal diffuser is the Vitastik Relax Purple.  It’s a mixture of Blackberry, Boysenberry, Blueberry, and Vitamin B12. There’s also lavender and organic water in this blend.

By now,  you know I love these personal aromatherapy sticks. I take them with me and diffuse anywhere by simply taking a couple of inhales.

I really like Vitastik Wellness Tonic blend which contains honey, lemon, and ginger. I use the Wellness Tonic when I have a scratchy throat. If I get really sick, I use the Monq Healthy Personal Diffuser which has cinnamon leaf, marjoram, and turmeric in it.

The Amore portable diffuser is one of my favorites. It’s described as rose waters with sweet cream. It’s simply lovely. Just a couple of inhales and the aromatherapy works. The relaxing smell of roses eases your anxiety.

This Beauty Golden stick is extremely popular. It’s a mix of watermelon and mint. I hated it at first. After a few weeks, I gave it another test, and I find it very nice now. It has collagen in it to keep you looking youthful.

My next purchase will be the Vitastik Sleep which has lavender vanilla with melatonin. Melatonin lowers high blood pressure which I have.
