Here’s a fast seafood boil you can make in less than 30 minutes. It’s a quick one pot meal that works on a weeknight or weekend.
Ingredients
Snow or king crab
Shrimp
Mussells (already cooked)
Lobster tails
Feel free to add any other seafood and/or andouille sausage
Red or new potatoes
Frozen corn on the cob
Onion-1 medium, sliced
Garlic-4 to 5 cloves chopped in pieces
Lemon- 1 or 2
Butter-to taste
Veggie low sodium bouillon cube and/or veggie broth
Seasonings:
Old Bay seasonings, parsley, onion powder, ground pepper, seasoning salt, sea salt, bay leaves, lemon pepper seasoning, cumin, and any other spices you want.
Directions:
To a big pot of water add lemon slices, butter, bouillon cube and/or broth and all the seasonings and bring to a medium boil. Next add potatoes, onion, and garlic and let them cook for 7 to 10 minutes, and then add corn for five minutes. Turn the heat up and add the lobster tails and crab legs until they’re almost red. Add the already cooked mussels for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and add the shrimp.
I use shrimp cocktail sauce for the shrimp. I also mix melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic salt, pepper, and Worchestire sauce for a second dipping sauce. I dunk my seafood, corn, and potatoes in this sauce. Delicious!
Coming soon, I’ll show you how to make the tastiest crab legs in the oven. They’re incredible!!
Stay blessed,
