The directions say to use the pads to exfoliate and brighten your face in the morning before you do your makeup.

Lord & Berry Strobing Pencil. Travel Size, $10

You can use this pencil to highlight your eyes, nose, and inner lash line. I’m going to try it around my tear ducts since powder irritates that part of my eye.
