Once a month, I purge my cabinets and refrigerator. Basically, I only buy a minimal of produce items, and I build my weekly menu around whatever I have in the house. This serves two purposes. I use up items before they go bad and I save money. I’ve discovered that I’m able to make some scrumptious meals using what you already have.
