For the third month in a row, Birchbox featured a soft pink theme. It’s more of a spring look than summer but it’s still inviting.

I was tickled pink when I lifted the lid. (Hey. I had to say it.) Some great brand names and nice-sized samples inside. As always, Birchbox included a card with the full-size prices on it.

This is the third month that Birchbox has included a Coola sample in the box. This month it’s a mineral primer with all sorts of crazy good smelling stuff in it such as iris, water-lily, and honeysuckle. Full-size=$42.

June’s box had a Coola cucumber moisturizer sample which was fabulous, and May’s box included a Coola sunscreen sample.

Curl Keeper frizz control is a sample I wasn’t sure I would use since I normally wear my hair straight. But I’ll give it a try on the weekends when I wash and let my hair air dry. Full-size=$10-$17.50.

Love me some, Benefit They’re Real mascara. It really pumps up my short stubby eyelashes. Nothing better than getting a free sample since it will  last me a couple of months. Full-size=$24.

Tocca  perfume is another one of my favorite samples to get. This sample is in the scent, Bianca. The scent is sweet and sophisticated. Rose, sugar, and citrus scents meld together to form a luxurious aroma. Full-size=$34-$68.

Lastly, I received a sample of Clinique mild facial soap. Full-size=$17.

Now, let’s get to the freebies. I rack up reward points by reviewing my Birchbox products each month. After months and months of reviews, I finally earned enough points to pick out two free products.

Smith & Cult nail lacquer in the color, She Said Yeah. The company describes this as an opaque, muted periwinkle color. Full-size=$18.

When I received the bottle, I thought it was damaged so I purposely photographed the smooth side of the lid.  The more I looked at it, I realized the dented lid was designed that way. Take a look.

My second free item was an Acure Shmexy Lip Lush.

This stuff is packed with goodness. There’s argan oil, Echinacea, licorice root and castor oil. This is a great one to keep in the nightstand and moisturize your lips with at night. Full-size=$5.99.

Once again, Birchbox delivered a great box. For just ten bucks a month, I get all these goodies and some freebies. You can’t beat it.
